ZERTECH ("we", "us", or "our") collects mobile phone numbers from our employees and customers for the purpose of sending job assignment notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates via SMS text messaging.
Your mobile phone number is used exclusively to send you operational text messages related to your scheduled jobs, assignments, and reminders. We do not use your mobile number for marketing, promotional, or sales purposes.
We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or any SMS/MMS data with any third parties, marketing agencies, or external services. Your mobile number is used solely by ZERTECH for the delivery of work-related text notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your job assignments. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per scheduled job: one assignment notification and one reminder approximately one hour before the scheduled start time. You may receive additional messages if job details change.
Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received from ZERTECH, as determined by your mobile carrier and messaging plan.
You may opt out of receiving text notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us. To re-subscribe, reply "START" or contact us at the information below.
