ZERTECH provides SMS text message notifications to employees and customers regarding job assignments, scheduled appointment reminders, and service updates. This is an operational notification service, not a marketing or promotional service.
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number to ZERTECH and consenting to receive text notifications. You may also opt in by texting "START" to (786) 882-6048.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from ZERTECH. You will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying "START".
Message frequency varies based on job assignments. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per scheduled job. You may receive additional messages if job details change.
Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier and messaging plan.

ZERTECH is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier's network, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
